(“Gatsby”, “we”, “us” “our”) describes how we collect, use and disclose information about users of the Gatsby website (https://gatsby.events/), services, tools, features and functionalities (collectively, the “Services”). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “you” and “your” means you as the user of the Services.
By using or accessing our Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined below, and you hereby consent that we will collect, use and share your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Gatsby does not sell or share your personal data with Third Party Data Processors, unless through a Third Party such as a CRM that your Organization has specifically connected to your Gatsby instance.
Gatsby app's use of information received, and the app's transfer of information to any other app, from Google APIs, will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use Requirements.
To the extent that any data from your Gmail or Google Calendar account to which you provide the Gatsby app access constitutes Personal Data under this Privacy Policy, it will be subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy, if you provide the Gatsby app access to data from your Gmail or Google Calendar account, the app's use of that data will be subject to these additional restrictions:

Data Security
Gatsby encrypts all data at rest and transit and uses industry best practices to secure its systems. Gatsby's infrastructure is independently monitored by third parties and is undergoing SoC2 Type 2 compliance.
Personal Data of Children
We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data about children under 13 years of age and, we expect our customers to avoid storing any information related to children under the age of 13 in our systems.
If we learn we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13 years of age, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete that information from our database. If you believe that a child under 13 years of age may have provided Personal Data to us, please contact us at privacy@gatsby.events.
State Law Privacy Rights
California Resident Rights
Any California residents under the age of eighteen (18) who have registered to use the Services, and who have posted Information in the publicly-viewable portion of the Services, can request that such Information be removed from the Services by contacting us at privacy@gatsby.events. We will make reasonable good faith efforts to remove the Information from prospective public view or anonymize it so the minor cannot be individually identified. This removal process cannot ensure complete or comprehensive removal. For instance, third-parties may have republished the Information and archived copies of it may be stored by search engines and others that we do not control.
Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to contact us to prevent disclosure of Personal Data to third parties for such third parties' direct marketing purposes. The Services are hosted and operated in the United States (“U.S.”) through Gatsby and its service providers, and if you do not reside in the U.S., laws in the U.S. may differ from the laws where you reside. By using the Services, you acknowledge that any Personal Data about you, regardless of whether provided by you or obtained from a third party you integrated Gatsby to, is being provided to Gatsby in the U.S. and will be hosted on U.S. servers, and you authorize Gatsby to transfer, store and process your information to and in the U.S., and possibly other countries.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We're constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes that are material, we will use reasonable efforts to attempt to provide notice to you by placing a notice on the Gatsby website, by sending you an email at the last email address you provided us and/or by some other means. However, it is your sole responsibility to review the Privacy Policy from time to time to view any such changes.
