The session

How does an organisation change its mind?

Most institutions collect more information than they can absorb. Dr. Amara Lewis has spent a decade studying the practical systems that help teams notice when the world has changed—and revise a decision without mistaking consistency for strength.

We’ll examine the routines that make learning visible: dissent before commitment, evidence after launch, and the quiet governance choices that keep new insight from becoming personal politics.
