This evening funds a full year of transitional housing and practical support for 120 young people leaving foster care. Every place includes rent assistance, a dedicated case partner, mental-health care, and employment support.
Last year, 84% of programme participants moved into stable independent housing. This benefit makes the next 120 places possible.
