Elena leads the firm’s healthcare and enterprise software investments. Before Calderwyn, she spent a decade building and advising growth-stage operating teams.

Registration opens at 8:00. Please bring government-issued photo identification. Valet parking begins at 7:45; nearby garages are listed in the guest confirmation.

Business attire on Thursday. Business casual on Friday.

LaGuardia is typically 30–50 minutes by car. Newark and JFK are 45–75 minutes depending on traffic.

May I bring a guest?

Guests are welcome at Thursday dinner only. Please share their name with the events team by September 25.

How are dietary requirements handled?

Reply to your Gatsby confirmation with any allergy or dietary details; the venue will prepare an equivalent menu.

Will materials be distributed in advance?

The annual review and portfolio summaries will be sent securely one week before the meeting.

Will sessions be recorded?

No. Slides approved for circulation will be included in the post-meeting packet.

What should I bring?

A photo ID and a device for the digital materials. Printed packets will be available by request.
